The Line In-Between: A Study of the Frame in the Tango Embrace.
Concepts and exercises for Space, Flexibility and Comfort in the Embrace. Fluid Transitions between Crossed and Open Steps in Close Axis Embrace. Giros, Changes of Directions, Back & Front Ochos.
Exercising comfort and elegance, experimenting the Tango Embrace stretch, its possibilities and its limits, we will work to create the conditions to integrate the fulcrum between the lead and the follow.

Legs Story Time: Tomadas, Paradas, Barridas, Pasadas
Communication and Narrative Between the Embrace and the Free Legs. A study of the transitions of the Leading and Trailing Leg; the trajectory of both, Leaders and Follower’s Free Leg on the floor and in the air; composition and musical expression.

Dissociation for Association. Spiraling Motions & Connection
The Core as an Engine for Rotation. Dissociation within the body; association of the bodies in the Embrace.4hr Session, divided into: Technique, laboratory of Movement; and it Application to Tango Structures and Figures—Sacadas, Boleos, Over-rotated Ochos, Alterations in Changes of Directions—to discover the incredible potential of your body’s core as a dynamic engine that propels rotations, creating space and length in the spine and shoulder girdle, that generates spiraling motions for a clear and concise leading, for a present and active following.
