La Bruja: Class and practica with Anahi

Anahi, on tour from Buenos Aires, joins us for four classes. Anahi is the director of the school Tango Entre Mujeres and is a pioneer of queer tango. Beginners welcome. This is a drop-in class, but it helps to come every week!  Aug 31, Sept 7, Sept 14, & Sept 28.  (No class on Wed Sept 21, when we have our milonga).

7:00-8:00 class
8:00-10:00 practica

$20 general (cash only)
$15 student with ID (cash only)
$10 practica without class (cash only)

This is a queer-friendly event where all genders are welcome to lead and follow. No partner necessary.

Masks required unless you are actively eating or drinking.

This class takes place in the ballroom of the Berkeley City Club. The floor is slippery. To enter the building, ring the bell and say “tango.” We are a 10-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART. No non-member parking in the Berkeley City Club lot. Street parking is free after 6:00.
