Tango technique and musicality with Mira Barakat at La Bruja

Wednesdays in September, Mira Barakat teaches Argentine tango at La Bruja! The September series focuses on technique and musicality for social dancing. All levels of experience are welcome. This is a queer-friendly class where all genders are welcome to lead and follow.
6:45-7:00 pm: check-in
7:00-8:00 pm: tango class
8:00-10:00 pm: tango practica with DJ Mira

$25 general admission (cash only)
$15 students with ID (cash only)

This class takes place in the Berkeley City Club ballroom on all four Wednesdays in September. Mira will also be teaching at La Bruja in October.
We are a 10-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART. For bike parking, enter through the service entrance, and go straight to get to the back courtyard. No parking in the City Club lot. Extra parking is available for $2 per hour at the Ellsworth Structure at Ellsworth St. and Channing Way.
