Spiraling Motions & Connection\nThe Core as an Engine for Rotation. Dissociation within the body; association of the bodies in the Embrace.4hr Session\, divided into: Technique\, laboratory of Movement; and it Application to Tango Structures and Figures—Sacadas\, Boleos\, Over-rotated Ochos\, Alterations in Changes of Directions—to discover the incredible potential of your body’s core as a dynamic engine that propels rotations\, creating space and length in the spine and shoulder girdle\, that generates spiraling motions for a clear and concise leading\, for a present and active following. \n​​* Venues:\n• La Pista: 3450 3rd St\, San Francisco\, CA 94124 \n​\n​​Workshops are designed for both roles.
