DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, April 3rd\, we welcome visiting instructor Astrid for one day only! Astrid is visiting from Germany\, where she is the director of Queertango Berlin. These classes are taught as “leaders” and “followers” and are inclusive to folks of all genders\, non-binary & LGBTQ+. \nThe beginner class is open to total beginners and anyone who wants to work on their fundamentals. For the intermediate class\, we recommend that you have been dancing frequently for at least six months. \n7:00-8:00 pm beginner class\n8:00-8:30 pm practica\n8:30-9:30 pm intermediate class\n9:00-10:00 pm practica \n$20 beginner class (cash only)\n$20 intermediate class (cash only)\n$35 both classes (cash only)\n$15 student with ID (cash only) \nThe practica is included with the class. We encourage students from both classes to dance together during the practica. \nBerkeley City Club\n2315 Durant Ave.\nBerkeley\, CA 94704 \nWe are a 10-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART. For bike parking\, use the bell to enter through the service entrance\, and go straight to get to the back courtyard. No parking in the City Club lot.
