DESCRIPTION:Mira Barakat is coming back to teach beginning tango and intermediate tango! Mira is a full-time professional tango teacher who is equally excellent at leading and following. She helps students create connection and communication in their dance\, while explaining the technique very clearly.\n.\nThe beginner class is geared towards total beginners. For the intermediate class\, we recommend that you have been dancing tango regularly for at least six months.\n.\nThis dance class is taught using the terms “leaders” and “followers” and is inclusive to queer\, trans\, and non-binary people.\n.\nWednesdays\, Nov. 13th through Dec. 18th7:00-8:00 pm beginner class8:00-8:30 pm practica8:30-9:30 pm intermediate class9:30-10:00 pm practica\n.\nIntermediate students are welcome to arrive at 8:00 to start practicing!\n.\n$120 for a six-week series (beginner or intermediate)\n$90 for student with ID (beg. or int.)$25 general admission (single class)$15 student with ID (single class)\n.\nDrinks are for sale at Morgan’s Bar and Lounge\, across the hall.
