Las Almas is an all-women tango ensemble made up of bandoneonist Heyni Solera\, pianist Sumi Lee\, and violinist Teagan Faran. Arrive on time to enjoy the concert\, and then stay for the dancing! With DJ Robert playing traditional tango music.\n\n6:30 doors open\, bar open\n7:00-7:40 sit-down concert\n7:40-10:00 milonga with two tandas of live music\n\n$25 general admission (cash only)\n$15 full-time students with ID (cash only)\nMasks required.\n\nThose who arrive between 7:00 and 7:40 will be seated during the applause between pieces.\n\nThis is a queer-friendly event where all genders are welcome to lead and follow. Drinks (full bar) and empanadas are offered for sale (cards accepted for refreshments).\n\nThis event takes place in the ballroom on the second floor. The floor is slippery.  To enter the building\, ring the bell and say “tango!” We are a 10-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART.
