DESCRIPTION:Felipe Martinez and Ayano Yoneda are back to teach tango in Berkeley! Felipe and Ayano teach fun\, challenging classes that emphasize the underlying structure of tango figures. Join us for a series of three Wednesday classes. No experience is necessary for the beginner class.\nThese classes are taught using the terms “leaders” and “followers\,” and are inclusive to queer\, trans\, and non-binary people. Everyone is encouraged to lead and follow.\n.\nWednesdays: June 10th\, 17th\, and 24th6:45 pm: check-in7:00-8:00 pm beginning tango8:00-8:30 pm practica8:30-9:30 pm intermediate tango9:30-10:30 pm practica\n.\nThe practicas are included with the classes. Stay\, dance\, and ask questions! Beginners and intermediates practice together from 8:00-8:30.\nThe intermediate class is geared towards people who have been dancing for at least three months (12 tango classes).
