DESCRIPTION:Felipe Martinez and Ayano Yoneda teach Tango 101 and intermediate tango!  Tango 101 is open to all levels.  The intermediate class is geared towards people who have been dancing tango for about three months (12 tango classes).  These are fun\, challenging classes with a focus on technique and lead-follow connection. \nThese classes are taught using the terms “leaders” and “followers\,” and are inclusive to queer\, trans\, and non-binary people. \nWednesdays: March 11th\, 18th\, and 25th\, April 1st\, 8th\, and 15th\n6:45 pm: check-in\n7:00-8:00 pm Tango 101\n8:00-8:30 pm practica\n8:30-9:30 pm intermediate tango\n9:30-10:30 pm practica \nThe practicas are included with the classes. Stay\, dance\, and ask questions!  Intermediate students may arrive at 8:00 to practice. \n$25 general admission (single class)\n$15 student with ID (single class)\n$40 both classes in one evening (one person)\nWe accept cash and venmo \nBerkeley City Club\n2315 Durant Ave.\nBerkeley\, CA 94704 \nWhen you arrive at the club\, ring the bell at right.  Class may be on the first floor or second floor\, depending on the date. \nMarch 25th: ballroom\nApril 1st: drawing room\nApril 8th: drawing room\nApril 15th: ballroom \nThere is no tango event on Wednesday\, April 22nd. \nWe are a 10-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART. For bike parking\, use the bell to enter through the service entrance\, and go straight to get to the back courtyard. No parking in the Berkeley City Club lot.
