DESCRIPTION:Starting June 7th\, Felipe Martinez and Ayano Yoneda are teaching their famous Tango 101 series at La Bruja!  This series is great for total beginners\, semi-beginners\, and people who would like to practice a different role. Register for all six Wednesday classes:  June 7th\, 14th\, 21st & 28th; July 5th & 12th.   The practica is included with the class.  Drop-ins are welcome for the practica.  Experienced dancers may drop in to the class at $25 per class. \nMasks are optional.\n\n6:45-7:00 check-in\n7:00-8:00 tango class\n8:00-10:00 practica\n\n$120 general admission (six Wednesdays)\n$90 students with ID (six Wednesdays)\n$25 class drop-in (cash only)\n$10 practica drop-in (cash only)\n\nThis is a queer-friendly event where all genders are welcome to lead and follow. No partner necessary. Dance whatever role you like!\n\nThis event takes place in the ballroom of the Berkeley City Club. To enter the building\, ring the bell and say “tango.” We are a 10-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART.
